ITAA INDOOR STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

The Chicago Bow Hunters Archery Club is pleased to host the 2009 Illinois Target Archery Association Indoor State Championship. This year’s tournament will be a sanctioned “STAR FITA” event. Bow styles and age divisions will all comply with NAA guidelines. All competitors will shoot a 600 Round at a distance of 18M on a 40cm face (or equivalent 3 spot).

Pre-registration and Tournament Fee: Registration and payment of tournament fees is required in advance since the venue can only accommodate a total of forty archers. Registration can be done online at www.chicagobowhunters.com. The deadline is February 2nd to guarantee your spot on the shooting line. The tournament fee is $20.

Schedule: Morning Line check-in will begin at 7:30 am. Practice will be from 8:00-8:45 am. Scoring will begin at 9:00 am. Afternoon Line check-in will begin at 11:30 am. Practice will be from 12:00-12:45 pm. Scoring will begin at 1:00 pm.

Location: Chicago Bow Hunters is located at 320 Charleston Drive, Bolingbrook, Il 60440. Simplest directions from I355 are to exit at Boughton Road. Travel west four stoplights to Pinecrest. Right on Pinecrest. First stop sign is Charleston. Left on Charleston a few short blocks to the club’s entrance.
Awards: Trophies will be awarded for the first three placements in each division.
