Pig Roast Registration

This is a Chicago Bow Hunters MEMBERS ONLY Event! If you are not a member, your registration will be rejected. Please do not register if you are not a member.
Fill out form completely.
Enter the word that is shown before you submit (prevents spam).
After submitting form, you will receive a confirmation of your registration, along with the total cost for your party and where to send payment for your advanced tickets.
When CBH receives your payment, your paid ticket(s) will be sent to you.

*** Definition of Household: Each household pays $10.00. You may invite your immediate relatives (grandparents, sister, etc.), if they do not live with you, they would be considered another household, so you would pay an additional $10.00 for each separate household they live in. If the grandparents live with you, then they would be included in your $10.00 ticket.

No Food Buy-Out: If you cannot bring food, please add an additional $5.00 per household to help with the cost of food.

Food Warmer or Cooler: If you need something to keep your food cool or warm during the day, please let us know so we can make sure to provide this for you.

Please bring 1 dish per household: List the additional food items your group is bringing in the comment box. We will add these items to the food checklist.

Aside from all the great food that will already be provided at the Rendezvous (Pig roast, deep fried turkey, hot dogs, hamburgers, BBQ, etc... This is the checklist of what members are bringing. This list will help you decide what to bring so that we have enough of everything.
